Service Centres

Our Strength: Our Training Programs

Automotive glass experience isn’t mandatory when applying at one of our service centres. Thanks to our excellent career development and training programs, you’ll become an industry expert. Belron® Canada stands out from the rest due to our technical teams and all the effort they deploy to offer the best quality in the industry, in addition to their exceptional service.

All our technicians receive rigorous training from our certified experts. They are trained to use the new tools exclusive to Belron® Canada, developed by Belron® Group R&D teams. They take dedicated training instruction such as automotive glass repair and replacement, mobile service and customer relations.

Customer service representatives receive stimulating training that provides them with the knowledge needed to go beyond customer expectations.

Safe Working Environments

Belron® Canada encourages a culture that favours a proactive approach to workplace health and safety. We offer appropriate training and skills to all employees so that they can confidently perform their duties. The company has also implemented strict safety procedures so that technicians can meet the highest standards.

International Competitions

Best of Belron (BOB)

Best of Belron® is a quest to find the best Belron® technician in the world. The 34 countries where the company operates are invited to hold regional competitions, followed by a national event to determine the automotive glass technician to represent his/her country at the biannual international finale (the 2014 event will be held in Italy). The winner of the international competition will win a prize equal to one year’s salary, plus the title of Best Belron® Technician in the World!

Belron® Exceptional Customer Service Award (BECSA)

The exceptional customer service award (BECSA) was instituted to reward Belron® employees who provide exceptional customer service. This award celebrates their success and talent, and shares their stories with every one of their Belron® colleagues around the world. The competition takes place at both nationally and internationally.

Customer Contact Centres

Belron® Canada has two national customer contact centres, located in Montreal. These centres respond immediately to customer needs with empathy and efficiency and make sure to meet the need on the first call.

The claims management centre processes claims on behalf of our insurance partners. The staff at this centre take care of every aspect of automotive glass claims management.

Distribution Centres

Belron® Canada operates its distribution centres under the VANFAX® brand name. It is one of the biggest Canadian automotive glass distribution companies. VANFAX® delivers to all parts of Canada from Vancouver to Halifax, as indicated by the name. It has some 400 employees in more than 40 distributions centres across Canada at the service of its customers.

The national support centre is located in Montreal, Quebec. It proudly supports Belron® Canada activities, along with the heart of the organization—Operations (Speedy Glass® and Lebeau Vitres d’auto® service centres) and Distribution (VANFAX®). All the company’s main functions are here.
