Our ambition is to become the natural choice in automotive glass repair and replacement around the world.
We’ll get there using various methods, namely by our worldwide reputation for customer service, by growing our business through extremely committed and competent staff, and by offering exceptional brands and developing outstanding partnerships.

But foremost, we will reach our goals by maintaining our reputation as a respected, trustworthy company, ensuring that our activities are performed in a responsible manner at all times.

This work ethic has always been our way of doing things throughout the Belron® group. However, as Belron® grows and carves its place in new, more complex markets, we must be precise as to the conduct we expect from our company, staff, and partners.

Our strategy is simple, but it’s our way of managing our company that sets us aside from our competitors and puts us in the lead in all the countries where we do business. Our work ethic distinguishes us from the others.

These principles direct our decisions and inspire the actions of everyone working at Belron®. These principles are at the very heart of all our business units, guiding our day-to-day activities. As we grow, it makes sense to formalize these principles in order to preserve what has led to our success and make sure we continue to perform ethically and coherently.

Social Responsibility

It is essential to Belron® Canada to play a role in the local, national or international communities where we operate. Our values of respect and integrity are put forward in our community activities.

At Belron® Canada, we give back on three levels:

  • Internationally: In collaboration with Belron® Group, we support Afrika Tikkun, an NGO that offers support to the poorest communities in Africa, through corporate and employee donations and our participation in the London triathlon.
  • Nationally: We proudly support the Canadian Cancer Society on a national scale through corporate and employee donations and our participation in the Relay for Life.
  • Locally: Our program allows employees to get involved with charity organizations in their own communities by volunteering to support the cause of their choice.
