1st Report Claims Services is located in Toronto and Premier Appel in Montreal. Our, two Call Centres service both English and French speaking clients for their automotive replacement glass claims.

From these two centres, glass claims are processed for national and regional insurance companies, as well as national fleet companies. Policyholders and fleet clients are quickly connected to the glass shop of their choice and all paperwork is processed by the Call Centre.
